Amphenol, a well-established manufacturing company based in the UK, recently approached Foursquare Workspace with the goal of transforming their existing office into a modern, efficient, and inspiring environment. The company wanted to refresh their workspace with stylish and functional furniture, complemented by a brand-new carpet installation that would bring colour, texture, and warmth to the space.
Plan
Before any physical work began, our design and project management teams met with the client to understand their exact needs, preferences, and expectations. The initial consultation involved detailed discussions about how the office was used day-to-day, how many employees needed to be accommodated, and what type of layout would best suit their workflow. Amphenol wanted an office that not only supported productivity but also reflected their professionalism and modern outlook as a leading manufacturer.
To help visualise the transformation, we developed a series of plans and 3D renders showing different layout options. These digital models provided Amphenol with a realistic impression of how the completed workspace would look and function. By including accurate details such as furniture placement, material finishes, and lighting effects, the client could make informed decisions with confidence before we moved forward.
Alongside this, we produced a full-colour floorplan that incorporated the proposed carpet design. The carpet featured a scattered square pattern—subtle yet lively—that introduced a touch of energy and personality to the office. The chosen colour palette complemented Amphenol’s branding and created a cohesive, professional aesthetic throughout the entire space.

Once the plans were approved, our installation team began the transformation process. The first stage involved carefully fitting the new carpet across the full office area. Precision and attention to detail were essential to ensure clean edges, seamless joins, and a perfectly aligned pattern. The new flooring instantly brightened the space, giving it a clean, refreshed, and contemporary feel.
Following the carpet installation, our team moved on to fitting the new office furniture. The layout featured a combination of bench desking and ergonomic operator seating, designed to maximise both comfort and space efficiency. Each workstation offered ample room for employees to carry out their daily tasks, whether working independently or collaborating in teams.
To enhance focus and privacy, fabric screens were added between desks, while monitor arms helped maintain tidy, adjustable setups that supported healthy posture and productivity. Storage solutions were also an important part of the design. We installed a mix of pedestals, filing cabinets, and cupboards, allowing staff to organise and access documents and equipment quickly and efficiently.
In addition to the open-plan workspace, Amphenol’s private offices received a touch of sophistication with executive desks, single cupboards, and visitor seating. These rooms were designed to provide a comfortable and professional setting for meetings, one-on-one discussions, and focused individual work.
Throughout the project, our installation team worked efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to Amphenol’s operations. We maintained clear communication with the client at every stage, ensuring deadlines were met and every detail was finished to the highest standard.
